5 Boro Laundry makes laundry & dry cleaning as simple as 123. Create an online profile that takes less than 5 minutes. Once your profile is created schedule your pick-up & delivery date and times as well as select the type of service needed. Our note section allows for any specifications to be added to your order. Please note all orders require a credit card in order to be scheduled. You will not be charged until your order has been weighed, sorted and cleaned.
Pick-Up
Our delivery team will reach out once they are en route to your home or office via phone or text. Once your items have been picked up by our team, we will follow all specifications requested in cleaning your garments. All items will be packaged in clean clear plastic bags and await delivery. Please note “Hang Dry” items may not be returned fully dried. Please extend delivery date if “Hang Dry” items are required to be completely dry upon delivery.
Delivery
Once your garments are ready for delivery. Our team will take the necessary steps to load your items onto our delivery vehicles which are cleaned and sanitized daily. Our delivery team will reach out once they are en route to your home or office via phone or text to arrange for a smooth delivery.
