5 Boro Laundry Subscription Terms & Conditions
Subscription fees will be billed automatically on a monthly basis. In order to cancel subscription the subscriber must contact 5 Boro Laundry at (718) 400-9274, or send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting cancellation. Should a subscription be canceled prior to service being utilized and after you’ve been charged, your account will have a credit balance for future use towards laundry services. There will be no pro-rated cash refund available for any of the subscriptions, solely store credit. Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the following month’s charge to avoid conversion to store credit. Should you exceed the allotted number of washes per plan, each additional bag cost will be calculated by dividing the Plan Price by allotted number of washes, (e.g. $69 plan (2) Washes, each additional bag will cost $34.50). Our company issued bags hold up to 25 pounds of laundry.
Subscription Inclusions – Each subscriber will be issued a free “5 Boro Laundry” subscription bag for use with this service. company issued bag will be the only bag suitable for use with the subscription. The maximum allotted bags per order is (1) and must not exceed 25 pounds. The following items are suitable for inclusion in the bag:
- Standard Clothing (e.g. pants, shirts, under garments, gym wear)
- Sheets
- Towels
Subscription Exclusion – Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other offers or with another subscription. A user can only subscribe to one plan per month with the option of upgrading or downgrading the plan prior to the upcoming month’s charge. In order to upgrade / downgrade, the subscriber must contact 5 Boro Laundry at (718) 400-9274 or send an e-mail to [email protected] requesting those changes. The following items are excluded from all subscription plans and will be charged at the rate specified in our pricing page:
- Blankets
- Down Comforters
- Floor Mats
- Sneakers
- Hang Dry items
- Dry Clean items
